As our salon receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. From warmly greeting clients to managing the appointment schedule and supporting our stylists, your presence will help keep things running seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Greet all clients with professionalism and warmth
Answer phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely and friendly manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using salon software
Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
Keep the front desk and waiting area tidy and welcoming
Assist with retail sales and product restocking
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable multitasking in a busy salon environment
Prior front desk, customer service, or salon experience preferred
Familiarity with salon booking software (or willingness to learn quickly)
Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
Hours:
