As our salon receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. From warmly greeting clients to managing the appointment schedule and supporting our stylists, your presence will help keep things running seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all clients with professionalism and warmth

• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely and friendly manner

• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using salon software

• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records

• Keep the front desk and waiting area tidy and welcoming

• Assist with retail sales and product restocking

• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable multitasking in a busy salon environment

• Prior front desk, customer service, or salon experience preferred

• Familiarity with salon booking software (or willingness to learn quickly)

• Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed

Hours:
Part-time, with flexible scheduling. Ideal for someone seeking consistent hours in a vibrant, team-oriented space. 8:30 AM -4:30 PM
